Three paths to instruction
On-site instruction
Visitors register at the terminal in the entrance area, complete the training directly on the screen and
automatically receive access authorisation upon successful completion.
Instruction before the visit
The instruction can be completed in advance. Once the visitor receives the invitation link by email, they can complete the e-training at any time before the appointment. Upon arrival, they simply provide their approval code.
External company access
External companies receive their own administrative access, which they can use to register their employees independently and assign instructions.
Technology & integration
The visitor instruction system offers centralised management of all instructions, certificates and approvals. Instruction status, users and access approvals are automatically recorded and documented. The system can be connected to existing access control solutions so that instruction status and access rights are automatically synchronised. This creates consistent, secure processes from reception to the factory gate. The user interface is available in 18 languages and can be expanded as required. This ensures that all persons can complete the instruction in
a language they understand.
